Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment of IT/non-IT positions
  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidate profiles through job portals, existing databases, job postings, employee referrals, and social networking sites
  • Screening resumes and qualifying candidates according to position specifications and qualifications
  • Coordinating with the technical panel and scheduling interviews
  • Following up with the panel for their feedback post-interview
  • Negotiating and rolling out the offer
  • Following up with the candidate till the onboarding is completed
  • Contributing proactively to other HR activities
