Jr. Executive Business Development
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in the IT Services industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Explore, identify, source, and create databases for target market segments corporate learning and development for creating targeted campaign lists specifically targeting decision makers and buyers in organizations
- E-Mail marketing, finding new business opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups to get meetings for the Sales team
- Generate leads, client research, email campaigns, and cold calling, and set up meetings for the Business Development team
- Ability to understand the eLearning industry and its offerings. Prior experience in eLearning will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to propose value propositions and confidently communicate the same to prospects
- Drive to work on targets set by the management from time to time
- Experience with international outbound calls preferred, direct lead generation, cold calling
Key Competencies:
- Must have outstanding communication skills in English
- Lead generation skills
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Should be a team player
