Sandip is a highly passionate and seasoned Human Resource Learning and Development professional with over 25 years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry. He has worked internationally across 18 countries in Asia, South Asia, North East Asia, the Middle East and African regions. His expertise includes deep and extensive functional capabilities in designing and managing diverse global learning projects and on-line learning solutions and facilitating both in-house & virtual classroom training sessions. Strong stakeholder management, communication and project enablement skills and proven ability to drive the people development agenda, are some of Sandip’s notable strengths.
